Tran Duc Kien is the Director/Partner of the firm and practices in the areas of banking and finance, project finance, insurance, cross-border transactions, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, infrastructure and energy.  Prior to co-founding DTD & Associates LLP, Kien was also partner of another prestige Vietnamese law firm where he practiced law for over ten years.
